CREATING YOUNG AGRIBUSINESS PEOPLE, HIMAGRI HOLDS AGRIBUSINESS CADRES FORMING

Agribusiness youth cadre activities are part of the annual routine agenda of the Agribusiness Student Association. The agenda, which was packaged under the name Agribusiness Cadres Forming (ACF), was held at Alam Tirta Outbound on Friday–SSunday, May 3–5, 2024, and was attended by all new students from the 2023 class of the Agribusiness Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Udayana University. A series of activities in this event include material from resource persons on mental health issues, business development, and community development concentrations in the Agribusiness Study Program, as well as introductions to all lecturers and staff of the Agribusiness Study Program, as well as other activities that support increasing student awareness of Agribusiness issues in society.
The opening activity was held at the Sudirman Campus on Friday, May 3, 2024. This event was opened by the Deputy Dean II of the Faculty of Agriculture, who was also attended by the Coordinator of the Agribusiness Study Program, HIMAGRI Assistant Lecturers, and representatives from the Student Organization of the Faculty of Agriculture. The second day, Saturday, May 4, 2024, the activities carried out included material on the issue of "mental health" and material on "leadership and organization," which was continued with an introduction to the Agribusiness Study Program lecturers as well as introductory material to the Business Development and Community Development Concentration.
The activity closed on Sunday, May 5, 2024. The activity, which was attended by the Agribusiness Study Program Coordinator, who also closed the event, and HIMAGRI, accompanying lecturers and OKFP representatives, went smoothly. With this activity, it is hoped that it will be able to foster a sense of belonging and increase sensitivity to agribusiness issues that occur around students, the community, and the environment.
